South Jersey Man Sold Drug-Laced Cookies, Vape Pens From Gas Station Near A School: Prosecutor

A 31-year-old Cherry Hill man has been arrested for selling THC products including cookies and chocolate bars from a gas station near a school,, authorities said.

Jagwinder Singh, 31, of Cherry Hill, was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and with intent to distribute marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school zone.

Following an investigation involving Singh was found to be distributing THC products at the Conoco Gas Station, 3347 Haddonfield Road in Pennsauken, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace MacAulay. 

.On Tuesday, Dec. 20, a search warrant was executed on the unit block of 3rd Avenue in Cherry Hill and a vehicular search warrant was also executed. A warranted search also was conducted at the Conoco Cas Station in Pennsauken.

The following items were recovered during the execution of the search warrants:

  • 38 jars of THC
  • 15 cookies containing THC
  • 9 chocolate bars containing THC
  • 13 vials of THC
  • 136 vape pens containing THC
  • 15 packages containing marijuana
  • $31,186 cash
  • 3,567 untaxed liquid nicotine products
